Create a simple yet complex logo for Offshore Wounded Warriors

Offshore Wounded Warriors

I’d like to create a logo that is pretty light as far as design but very professional looking and ties back to the service being rendered. Regarding the company, it is a not for profit organization that will be formed to take wounded soldiers and first responders offshore fishing. So of course the logo would have to somehow represent the “offshore fishing” and the “wounded warrior” communities. It’s not going to be a fishing charter that sometimes takes out wounded warriors, its sole purpose is to provide free fishing charters and become and advocate for PTSD recognition. Therefore I’d like to stay away from it being too closely tied to a fishing charter type representation. I’d like to also stay away from a specific fish type in the logo. I’m open to it as long as multiple fish types could be rotated. As in you aren’t going to have a yellow tail jumping out of the water like a Marlin would.
In summary the organizations name is Offshore Wounded Warriors. Its purpose is to take wounded soldiers and first responders out for a day of offshore fishing. It will also be heavily involved as PTSD advocates within the wounded warrior community.

I'd like to explore the following colors:

Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Aquas: Empathy, compassion, clarity and precision.
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.

The name does not necessarily need to be in the logo. I've attached other logos from the fishing industry which I like.
