We have reinvented the current CRMs (Customer Relationship Management tool) by transforming the actual passive tools that simply store data to a truly smart sale assistant. Our artificial intelligence is able to update by itself the customer data while helping to manage and follow them. In a few seconds, on a nice and clear UI, the users are able to see the contact informations, his satisfaction, the feeling, the exchanges synthesis and the current deals. Above all, all of this data can be accessed without having to enter any of this information by hand.
Our tool analyses automatically the professional emails. In case of doubt, the kerlead assistant is able to discuss with the sale person to clarify the data. Furthermore, the system monitors the customer database and notify the user in case of decrease of the customer satisfaction, absence of response or any other change that can be interesting for the company. Indeed the tool can learn and improve its accuracy over time in order to prevent the company from loosing a customer for lack of following up.
