It owns the rights to the names and everything associated with the brands. It also functions as the marketing and public relations arm of every Infusion Lounge and Hotel Fusion.

This idea is even conveyed in our club's design as seen in the pic attached of the two circles infusing with one another (our ideal logo concept will be a representation of these two circles infused together).
