I want to highlight the results of an informal survey and conect those results to a large survey that was conducted.
I want the reader to connect the dots between the two surveys and highlight the conclusion :
If commitment to the idea is not the problem, but ability is … leaders need help to not have their best people to become a statistic. Firstly it is a complete waste of human potential and secondly, it is a gigantic waste of money & time (which is money) that you may have, arguably ineffectually, already invested into your people.
