Our blog is dedicated to Home Improvement, we like innovative and modern designs. Our blog is about new home improvement concepts so we would like our blog to match that idea. We are into simple and modern design techniques that provided information easily to our users.

We have a 50/50 mix of men and woman between the ages of 18 - 50+ with a middle class income and a split between college and non college graduates.
Exigences
The blog design needs to portray home improvement but at the same time be easily navigable and simple to read. We would like modern design techniques used.
The homepage of design should include a featured section for featured content, a section for a RSS feed icon, Facebook Fan page icon, and Twitter icon. Sections to display top content, links to archived pages, and recent comments.
Internal pages do not need to contain a featured section, but please include a related post section and the necessary columns for top posts, comments, etc.
The color scheme is up to the designer, but please no extreme colors. We want a site people will feel comfortable visiting over and over.
Please include a homepage and an internal page.
