In need of clean, attractive wordpress theme for hotel

Inn at Deep Creek

Inn at Deep Creek is a hotel in Deep Creek, MD currently being renovated in preparation for a reopening in July. It's a smaller, more personal hotel that prides itself on more character and charm than chain hotels. We're located right on the Deep Creek lake, and very close to the ski slopes in the winter time.

Target audience is families and couples heading to deep creek for weekend and week long getaways. A lot of visitors come from Pittsburgh, Baltimore and DC, and come out to western Maryland to enjoy the lake, the mountains and to get away from the city.

We're looking for a simple, clean wordpress theme to be used for the site. (The homepage is what I'm focusing on.)

Obviously we're not looking for a blog front page, but it's a very simple site we're going to run off of wordpress. So the frontpage would have:
1. Image rotation component
2. Top nav (home, rooms & rates, reservations, deep creek)
3. Email Opt-In
4. Big "book now" button
5. Several interchangeable boxes where we can highlight promos and packages we run on a monthly basis.

the logo is attached. All we're looking for is a layered .PSD to convert into Wordpress code on our end.
