Need Classy, Inviting, Bold Wordpress Theme for New Business

I am an HR Professional with over 16 yrs. experience
I work with HR Professionals on acheiving ultimate personal success in their career while avoiding burn-out.
My style is no-nonsense, yet inviting ,bold and sassy.
I have a fun, talkative yet sassy personality. People tend to come to me for advice and to talk thru their issues, so my personality is that of a "friend".

My target audience are Human Resource Professionals. They will be working with me to help them achieve personal success in their careers. Human Professionals have a tough position with their companies, we are the "in-between" people. We have the task of maintaining the calm between management and the employees. It can be a very stressful job, and can burn you out.

I am looking for a Wordpress Theme to accompany my attached header. The theme must have a website look, and it must be able to be customized as I implement changes.

my website will be the foundation of the branding of my business, so it must speak to my customers. I will need horizontal tabs(i.e. home, about, speaking) approx. 5 tabs. I will have categories to add along with video and blog post.

I would like the theme to be bold, fun yet inviting. Attached is my header that I would like to use. The theme colors have to spin-off of the header, but I want it to have a light feel also.
