Our company is an new web app that provides real time IT reporting based on our clients current IT systems. Think of it as Mint.com for IT.

CEOs, COOs, of small businesses. Not necessary the most web savvy so the design of the icon/image needs to appeal to broad audience.
Exigences
I'm looking for an image that will be paired with the login screen for our new web app. Similar to mail chimp web app (https://login.mailchimp.com/). The icon needs to play off our current logo's "G".
I am right now thinking of the G turned sideways (similar to how the chimp is turned) with a flashlight behind it shining a light through the G. As a play on Bright...Gauge.
Any other creative ideas are more than welcome. Feel free to create the login credentials exactly like Mail Chimp if you want to see how your design looks paired with an actual log in screen.
Logo is attached. There is an icon we're using to the left of BrightGauge but we're leaning towards sticking with the G as the icon since it looks like a gauge.
