The California Civil Justice Foundation exists to educate small businesses about how to reduce their chances of being sued. We will start by educating small businesses about Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) lawsuits and how to protect themselves against those lawsuits by complying with the ADA to make their businesses accessible. We will also provide information and education about other lawsuit traps for small businesses: Proposition 65 required warning labels, Private Attorney General Act lawsuits, and other employment law issues.

The California Civil Justice Foundation does have a sister organization called California Justice Association of California (CJAC). You can view their logo on the website here: http://cjac.org

We would also like to see if we can have a style sheet developed / added to this project.
